What Branch Manager access means
Branch Manager access gives you Admin-level control limited to your assigned branch only.
As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for managing how Modeeri is used at your location, including:
  • People
  • Roles
  • Checklists
  • Daily execution and follow up
You cannot see or affect any other branches in the system.
What Branch Managers can do

As a Branch Manager, you can:

  • Manage users assigned to your branch
  • Assign roles to users at your branch
  • Create, edit, and manage checklists for your branch
  • Assign checklists to roles within your branch
  • Monitor checklist completion and performance at your branch

All actions you take apply only to your assigned branch.
Branch Managers cannot : 

  • Access or manage other branches
  • Change system wide settings
  • Modify global roles or templates used by other branches

These actions are restricted to system Admins.

Logging into Modeeri
To log in:
If you forget your password, use the Forgot password option on the login screen.
Navigating the Modeeri web portal
Once logged in, you will see the main navigation menu on the left side of the screen. Branch Managers typically have access to:
  • Dashboard
  • Checklists
  • Roles
  • Users
  • Reports (Coming soon)
Each section is explained below.

Overview of the main sections

  • Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a real time overview of checklist performance at your branch. Use the Dashboard to :
  • Monitor checklist completion
  • Identify late or overdue checklists
  • Track daily and weekly performance trends
The Dashboard helps you quickly spot issues that need follow up.
  • Checklists

The Checklists section is where you manage all checklists used at your branch. Use this section to :

  • Create branch specific checklists
  • Edit or update existing checklists
  • Assign checklists to roles at your branch
  • Monitor checklist completion

Checklists created or edited here apply only to your branch.

    • Roles

    The Roles section allows you to manage job functions at your branch. Use this section to:

    • Create roles based on responsibilities at your branch
    • Control which checklists appear for each role
    • Ensure tasks are assigned to the right people

    Roles created here only apply to your branch.

      • Users

      The Users section is where you manage the people working at your branch. Use this section to:

      • Assign roles to users
      • Add users to your branch
      • Update user information
      • Deactivate users who no longer work at the branch

      Users managed here belong only to your branch.

        • Reports

          What to do first as a Branch Manager

          When you first log into Modeeri, take a few minutes to review your branch setup. Start by:
          • Reviewing the roles available at your branch
          • Reviewing the checklists assigned to each role
          • Confirming users are assigned to the correct roles
          Once this is clear, your day to day focus should be on execution, follow up, and supporting your team.
