Step 1: Download the Modeeri mobile app
Start by downloading the Modeeri mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once installed, open the app to continue.

Step 2: Log in to the app
To log in :
• Open the Modeeri app
• Enter your username or email
• Enter your password
• Tap Login
If you forget your password, use the Forgot password option on the login screen.

Your home screen and completion overview
After logging in, the first screen you will see is your Home screen. This screen shows:
• Your overall checklist completion percentage
• How many checklists you completed on time
• How many checklists are overdue or expired
This overview helps you quickly understand your current performance.

Navigating to your checklists
From the Home screen, tap Checklists in the bottom navigation bar. This takes you to the Checklists screen where you can view and complete your assigned checklists.

How checklists are assigned
Checklists are assigned based on your role. You will only see checklists that:
• Match your role
• Are scheduled for the current time
If multiple people share the same role, the checklist will appear for all of them until one person accepts it.

Claiming a checklist :
When you tap Begin on a checklist :
• The checklist is assigned to you
• It disappears from other users with the same role
• You become responsible for completing and submitting it
Once claimed, only you can submit that checklist.

Task completion rules :
Each task must be completed correctly.When a task is completed:
• It turns green
• This means the task is finished
All tasks must be green before submission is allowed.

Checklist availability and expiry :
Each checklist:
• Appears at a scheduled time
• Must be completed before its expiry time
If a checklist is not completed before expiry:
• It disappears
• It is marked as expired
Expired checklists cannot be recovered or submitted.

Tap the History tab at the top of the Checklists screen. Here you can see:
• Completed checklists
• Submission dates and times
• Checklist status
History is read only and cannot be edited.

Do’s & Don’ts
Do
- Report issues honestly and immediately if a task can’t be completed or something isn’t right.
Don’t
- Don’t fake tasks — only mark tasks complete when they are actually done.
- Don’t share logins — each user must use their own account.
