Common reasons
This usually happens when:
• One or more tasks are not completed
• A required response is missing has not been checked.
• A task is not marked green

• Scroll through the entire checklist
• Look for tasks that are not marked green
• Complete all required inputs
• Confirm every task turns green
Once all tasks are green, the Submit button activates automatically.

This behavior is intentional. Modeeri prevents incomplete submissions by design.
What to do next
If all tasks appear completed but the Submit button is still disabled:
- Exit the checklist
- Reopen it
- Review each task again
