A checklist may not appear if:
• It is not assigned to your role.
• The checklist start time has not been reached yet
• The checklist duration has already ended and expired.
• Another user has already claimed it

What to check first
Ask the following in order:
- Is the checklist assigned to the correct role or user
- Is the current time within the checklist start and expiry window
- Has another user with the same role already started it

Checklists only appear during their active time window.
If the checklist duration is still active, it should appear automatically.
