Why this happens
If multiple users share the same role:
  • The checklist appears for all of them
  • The first user to tap Begin claims it
Once claimed:
  • The checklist disappears for others
Good to know
Only one person can complete each checklist.
What to do next
If this happens often:
  • Ask your Branch Manager to review role setup
  • Consider assigning the checklist to a specific user
